Pink Link organises networking meetings and events to support women in business across the North West. The business network is now in its 10th year and connects thousands of like minded women.

As part of this, Pink Link runs the Enterprise Vision Awards. The EVAS recognises and celebrates the successes and achievements of female entrepreneurship in the North West. With diverse categories, they appeals to women in all business types.

Yellowphin’s Challenge

Pink Link approached Yellowphin to design and build a new website for the EVAS 2020, which will be the 10th year of the awards. The client wanted a dynamic website with a competition platform. It needed to be clean and easy to navigate, and include key information about the awards process.

Our approach

Yellowphin wanted to emphasise and create excitement for the awards ceremony. We did by incorporating a voting functionality and a countdown to the big day.

Also, we created a portal so that applicants can find updated information about the entry process and access an area to track their application.

We wanted to create something new for 2020 to celebrate the 10th anniversary, so we developed the EVAS Elite Directory, which is an exclusive membership club for winners and leading businesswomen in the area.
