The Concierge Magazine is a premium lifestyle magazine for the modern traveller. Produced in conjunction with Les Clefs d’Or and their members, each edition is unique to the host hotel and city. It is distributed in print and digitally worldwide.
Yellowphin were tasked to build a new informative website and mobile application for The Concierge Magazine, which complemented their existing branding. It needed to be easy to use and navigate whilst having the feel of a luxury lifestyle magazine. Also, The Concierge Magazine needed a new digital marketing strategy to launch the new website. The tactics used were SEO, PPC and Social Media.

Yellowphin undertook a holistic approach to The Concierge Magazine’s digital strategy by developing a new website and app. The website was built with a CMS to allow the client to manage their website. Being able to read the magazines digitally means the website is an extension of their luxury brand. Secondly we created a Concierge PWA app to work alongside the website. This acts just like a native app by letting customers view information about nearby hotels.
Finally, we carried out a detailed social media and SEO audit to identify areas of improvement, which informed our content strategy and plan. We introduced new content formats to engage with their target audience, including videos, travel quotes and posts promoting their travel blogs. We also implemented paid social media and Google Ads to help the client reach their target audience.
